This year even though the mango flowering was good, fruit setting was fine…however due to lack of rain and continuous dry spell the yield of crop reduced 30-40% as in comparison with normal season crop and season ended almost 3 weeks earlier than the normal season. Mango Pulp & Concentrate availability will be short this year; hence we advise our esteemed customers to cover their quantity as earliest.

This year we added additional feature by installing Mix Flow Double Effect Evaporator which is in the latest series of Evaporator, with the Capacity up to 8 MT per hour. Evaporation is done at low working temperature & residence time of the product, which results in better quality of product with retained Organoleptic characteristics such as taste, colour, flavor etc.

With the production capacity of 20MT / Hour Mango Pulps and 8MT/ Hour for the Mango Concentrates, we have produced excellent quality of pulps and concentrates. Jadli Foods Krishnagiri Unit visited by International & domestic clients during Mango Pulp Production in June & July 2014 for their audit and inspection purpose. The unit equipped with Aseptic and Canning line with production operation, quality control and hygienic condition as per the International Standard meeting GMP requirement, received appreciation and approval from clients. Jadli Foods Krishnagiri Factory in Tamil Nadu is also audited by Certifying Body of International repute and is accredited with ISO: 22000:2005 certification from TUV SUD Germany, Kosher Certification from STAR -K, USA and Halal Certification from HALAL India. With one more feather in cap, Jadli Foods upgraded with status of Star Export House from Govt. of India. Onset of Mango Crop 2013 Season, this year Alphonso Mango Crop is normal. the good matured quality fruit for processing will be available from 2nd week of May to meet excellent quality parameters of pulp.

Regarding Totapuri Mango, this year the flowering was excellent and the fruit setting also happened in time . The fruit has attained 30-40% size now. There was fruit falling on the ground due to high temp with sharp sunlight however with recent rains in the pockets of Totapuri Growing area the situation is much better now as these rains will give the strength to hold the fruits on the tree and attain good size in coming days and expect the good quality Totapuri arrivals by May End.
